Having trouble submitting the form?
If the form says required fields are missing even though you’ve filled them in please try the following:
- Tap into each field and retype a character (this helps the form recognise your input)
- Avoid using autofill and enter your details manually
- Refresh the page and try again
- If possible, try a different browser or device
